2. SUPERNATURAL HARVESTING

We harvest our perfectly ripened cherries by a tree-shaking method, rather than picking by machine, so that our cherries aren’t damaged. Perfect, undamaged cherries through the harvest preserves as much of the supernatural goodness as possible for our Gentle Juicing process.

3. GENTLE JUICING

Our proprietary juicing process was developed in conjunction with a team of Cornell University scientists to get every drop of goodness out of our cherries. “Gentle Juicing” retains all of the nutrients, power and taste from each little round fruit and doesn’t require the extensive heating that can often kill the benefits associated with tart cherries.

Using our unique process, Cheribundi products are the end result of minimal processing, allowing us to deliver the full benefits of tart cherries while enjoying an amazingly good taste.
