Eligibility: This Cheribundi Giveaway (the "Promotion") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Cheribundi and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, as well as the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.
Sponsor: The Promotion is sponsored by Cheribundi, LLC. ("Sponsor"), located at 5480 Valmont Rd, Suite 250, Boulder, CO, 80301
Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on April 21, 2025 and ends on May 18, 2025 at 11:59 pm PST (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received outside this period will be disqualified.
How to Enter: Participants may enter by completing the Strava x Cheribundi 500-minute challenge and completing the above form with entrant's name and email address. Limit one entry per person.
Any attempt to enter more than the stated limit may result in disqualification.
Prize: The prize consists of one (1) year of Cheribundi product (valued at $550) and one (1) runner's bib to the Boulderthon 2025 Marathon (valued at $170). Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash substitution is allowed except at the Sponsor’s discretion.
Winner Selection & Notification: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Drawing will take place on or about May 19, 2025. The winner will be notified via email within fourteen (14)14 days after the drawing. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.
Publicity Release: By entering, participants agree to allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry submission for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion.
Release & Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Cheribundi, its affiliates, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of any prize.
