I bought these to help with recovery and sleep. I feel like they help with both. I also suffer from horrible Gout flareups from time to time. Since I've started taking these about 3 months ago - I have not had any gout flareups. That alone is worth the price.

If you think should I try this stuff the answer is yes. Faster recovery and it's delicious. Take it immediately after a hard workout and you're good to go. I had some and liked it a lot.
