2025-08-15If you think should I try this stuff the answer is yes. Faster recovery and it's delicious. Take it immediately after a hard workout and you're good to go. I had some and liked it a lot. I tried other tart cherry juice products at a lower price point but gave up on them because the potency just wasn't there. I even had one that bothered my stomach. Cherbundi is perfect - no gi issues whatsoever. In the middle of a training block where I'm really pushing so I need all the support I can get to recover well,
Great taste and convenience
2025-06-27I love the convenience of these pouches, as I can quickly grab one and get a single serving. The taste is also very nice. I do notice a difference in sleep quality when consuming before bed.
My Go-To After Runs
2025-06-25This is my favorite recovery drink. I like to have the bottle in the refrigerator at home, but it is nice to also have the pouches with me for use immediately after a run, especially when I go to a trail that is more than a few minutes away.
